Head of Product SaaS Logistics Platform Bristol, £80,000 plus performance bonus Employal is partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven logistics business that is transforming how vehicles and suppliers connect across the UK and Europe. Their SaaS platform is powering smarter, faster, and greener logistics solutions, and with ambitious growth targets ahead, they are now seeking a Head of Product to help lead the next stage of their journey. The role: This is a senior leadership role where you will define and deliver the product vision and roadmap, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the board. You will bridge commercial strategy, customer needs, and technical delivery to ensure the platform evolves into a market-leading SaaS-enabled logistics solution. You will inherit an outsourced development and BA team, and lead on delivering new features such as AI-driven tools, advanced ESG dashboards, supplier onboarding, and international compliance modules.
