What you’ll do: Drive the growth and impact of youth services across St Helens and Warrington. Lead and inspire a dedicated team of youth workers and volunteers. Build strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, and community organisations. Champion safeguarding and ensure the highest standards of care. Use data and feedback to continuously improve what we do. What we’re looking for: A proven leader with experience in youth services and safeguarding.
