Employed:
£25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience and evidence of banking performance
Year 1 OTE: £50,000 - £55,000+ uncapped On Target Earnings
Year 2+ OTE: £60,000 - £75,000 uncapped On Target Earnings
Self-Employed:
Year 1 OTE: £60,000 - £70,000+ uncapped On Target Earnings
Year 2+ OTE: £80,000+ uncapped On Target Earnings
