The Opportunity – I.T Graduate Scheme
Start Date - September 2026, typically for 18 months
Starting salary - £28,000-£30,000
Minimum Entry Criteria – You’ll need to be near to, or have completed, an appropriate bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / IT and must be on track to secure a 2:1 or higher.
After completing the 18‑month graduate scheme, you will move into a permanent role within our IT team.

What does the I.T Graduate Scheme involve day to day?
We are investing into the future of our business, the I.T Graduate Management Programme and become our #GameChangers by helping to shape the future of I.T. If you’re ready to make an impact, change the game and deliver results, this is the opportunity for you, supporting the operational and strategic activities of the I.T team.
What could I be doing?
* Work within the business systems teams (for example, supporting the systems that run our manufacturing and supply chains as well as gaining an understanding of the IT Infrastructure and security.
* Participate in team projects and gain an understanding of the roles and tools required for the successful development and implementation of IT Services.
* Work within the IT Infrastructure, Business Applications, Process Enterprise and Process Manufacturing
* Assist other team members in the delivery of quality solutions and execution on work tasks; providing implementation support (guiding users through resolution), managing open issues, and escalating as needed.
* Responsibility for your own projects
* You will develop knowledge, skills, and experience in all areas of our operations and will be supported by a structured learning and development programme alongside relevant job-related training.
* Process improvement and efficiencies.
* Team and stakeholder coordination.
* Data analysis and reporting.
What comes next?
We’ll be shortlisting and sending out interviews in April 2026.
We aim to call all candidates whether successful or unsuccessful a few weeks after the interview has taken place.
All of our apprentices and graduates will start their exciting journeys with a full induction week in September 2026!
