We are looking to fill an immediate vacancy within our busy office team. This is a varied, fast-paced position in a successful, secure company. Initially working from our West Bromwich site until June 2026, then moving to our new site in Bilston (WV14)
Key duties
• Talking to customers – building and maintaining relationships.
• Input & maintain orders, invoices for both sales and purchases.
• Update and maintain our SAP system with a high level of accuracy.
• Liaise with colleagues across departments.
About you
• Outgoing, friendly manner with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• First-rate timekeeping and strong attention to detail.
• Confident with Microsoft Office (or similar) and quick to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of, or experience in, the fastener industry is an advantage but not essential

• Monday–Thursday 8:30–17:00, Friday 8:30–16:30 (½-hour lunch)
