The Assets Officer will deliver a professional, technical and customer-facing real estates maintenance service, working flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues, proactively identifying areas for service improvement. Demonstrate an understanding of the practical application of contract management relevant to the role. 3. Demonstrate of building standards, construction legislation, statutory regulations and associated documentation in a housing environment 4.
