Manufacturing Operatives – Immediate Starts Available!
Location: Pyewipe, Grimsby (DN31)
Shift Pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights Continental Shifts (12-hour shifts, 48 hours/week + Overtime)
Pay: Starting at £12.21 per hour + £3.74 shift allowance
Contract Type: Temporary with long-term opportunities
Meridian Business Support is proud to be partnering with Dunlop Oil and Marine a leading global manufacturer in the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Industrial Hose sector based in Grimsby. Recognised as a world-class production facility, they are expanding their team due to increased demand and are looking for additional Manufacturing Operatives / Production Operatives / Mechanical Assemblers to join their successful and growing workforce.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting technicians and hose builders on the production line
Assisting with machine operation, mechanical assembly, and fabrication
General duties within a busy manufacturing / engineering workshop
Adhering to health & safety procedures and quality standards
Potential use of lifting equipment or cranes (training provided if needed)Who we’re looking for:
Mechanically-minded individuals or those with experience in:
Machine Operation
Mechanical Assembly / Production
Skilled Manufacturing / Engineering
Construction or Fabrication backgrounds
Candidates with a Counterbalance FLT Licence or Crane Operating experience are highly desirable (but not essential)
