As Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organisation and timeline.
Specific Project Manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability/allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Candidates should have a background in M&E Engineering, business skills (preferred), management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple tasks, a team player, and possess problem-solving skills. It’s imperative you’ve worked within the M&E industry with a reliable track record.

* Reaching out to clients, open dialogue where possible to build stronger relationships and secure more work
* Drive Primech’s financial growth
Develop and Manage Enquiries
* Interact with clients, the pre-construction team, and sub-contractors to ensure project submissions and deadlines are achieved.
Sub Contractor Selection and Management
* Procure and interact with numerous sub-contractors, reviewing their suitability regularly.
* Encourage feedback from Project Managers and Supervisors on sub-contractor performance.
Financial Responsibilities
* Work with the procurement team to ensure correct materials and labour are scheduled to deliver projects on time and within financial requirements.
* Approve materials requested by others.
* Emphasize cost accountability and recoverability to the team.
* Manage and approve payments to employees, sub-contractors, suppliers, and invoicing clients.
Project Management
* Lead review and management of multi-discipline projects.
* Attend site surveys.
* Complete Design Q&A reviews and send designs to clients for approval.
* Assign management and operatives prior to mobilisation.
* Organise pre-start meetings with detailed programmes, targets, and financial implications.
* Raise RFI’s for project queries.
* Ensure seamless project mobilisation.
* Establish communication channels for management and operatives.
* Conduct regular on-site reviews for project progress.
* Hold regular delivery meetings to address issues and positives.
* Provide leadership and support to the Project Delivery Team.
