Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about logistics in a fast-paced, global environment? We’re partnering with a leading global provider of clinical trial support services to hire a Global Logistics Coordinator for their EMEA Logistics Helpdesk team.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring on-time delivery and support for temperature-sensitive clinical trial materials and patient-specific shipments, while also contributing to sustainability initiatives through the reuse of high-performance packaging.
🚚 What You'll Do:
As part of the EMEA Global Logistics Helpdesk, you'll collaborate with teams across the US and APAC regions to:
* Provide proactive track & trace and escalation support for inbound/outbound shipments
* Support reverse logistics and returns management of clinical trial supplies
* Manage the Credo reuse programme: coordinate returns of reusable temperature-controlled packaging, arrange pickups, track usage, and maintain metrics
* Support Clinical Site to Patient (CstP) shipment processes
* Generate shipping documentation in compliance with GDP and GxP standards
* Handle incoming requests from clinical trial sites, clients, and internal teams via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution
* Maintain accurate data and client reporting with high attention to detail
* Participate in process improvement and team collaboration initiatives
🧩 What You Bring:
* Strong customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience in remote or hybrid environments
* Prior exposure to logistics, clinical trials, or life sciences is a plus—but not essential; full training will be provided
🎓 Minimum Requirements:
* GCSE or equivalent education level
* Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
