Job Description: As a Project Manager for Soil Treatment, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of soil remediation projects across the UK. You’ll oversee all project phases, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and exceptional project management skills. Responsibilities: Plan and manage soil treatment and remediation projects from start to finish. Create detailed project plans, including milestones, resources, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with engineers, scientists, contractors, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor progress, making adjustments to meet project goals. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and health and safety standards. Lead and motivate project teams to foster collaboration and productivity. Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulators, maintaining strong relationships. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for senior management and clients. Qualifications: HNC/Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in soil treatment/remediation, including 3 years in project management. Strong knowledge of soil treatment techniques, environmental regulations, and industry standards. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred. Proven leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficient in project management software. Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
