Job title: Technical Claims Handler

Key responsibilities
1. Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to and from customers, clients, 3rd parties, and repairers.
2. Manage vehicle claims end-to-end from repair instruction to completion, escalating where necessary.
3. Use Activate Groups' bespoke software and databases to record, update, and maintain information related to each claim.
4. Manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure all claims are progressing with high standards of customer service.
5. Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required.
6. Ensure all SLAs are met and exceeded.
7. Communicate and collaborate with all parties to achieve an optimal repair journey.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage own time and workload
* Experience in a target-driven and fast-paced environment (desirable)
* Experience within the insurance and claims industry (desirable)
