The role:
You would be working with Simon, supporting him as part of 2:1 support. You will be on hand if Simon wakes during the night, to help reassure him and get him back to bed so he can have a peaceful sleep.
A waking night Support Workers job would include:
* Staying alert throughout the shift
* Administering any necessary medication
* Completing documentation at regular periods throughout shift
* Following the support plan in place for each person we support, to enable the person to feel comfortable and happy, adapting this as required based on change in behaviour
* Providing some elements of personal care from personal hygiene prompts, helping to bath and wash, medication
* Ensure the safety and security of the person we support at all times

Hours of work: 30 hours per week
Week 1
Monday 10pm – 8am
Tuesday 10pm – 8am
Saturday – 10pm – 8am
Week 2
Monday 10pm – 8am
Tuesday – 10pm – 8am
