Service Desk Analyst
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

Service Desk Analyst – Key Skills:
1. 3+ years in a Service Desk/Cloud Service Desk environment
2. 2nd Line Support experience, any 3rd Line Support experience is beneficial
3. Good experience with O365 (Exchange, Outlook, Teams) etc
4. Microsoft Cloud Fundamentals Certificates, such as AZ-900
5. Microsoft Azure is very nice to have
