What You'll Be Doing As a Network Repair Engineer, you'll play a critical role in restoring and maintaining connectivity for customers. You'll be responsible for: Diagnosing and repairing copper and fibre network faults at customer premises Working within frames and exchanges to install new services and resolve faults Carrying out work at height and within underground infrastructure Testing at multiple points across the network to accurately locate faults Delivering a high standard of service independently and as part of a team Meeting performance targets and service KPIs Following all health and safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For We're looking for engineers who bring technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to quality.
