Page Personnel are currently working with a reputable Utilities business based in Otley who are looking for a Credit Controller to join the business!
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting clients via email and phone to collect outstanding monies owed to the business
* Arranging payment plans and and resolve outstanding debts
* Maintain accurate details of customer interactions and payment plans made on the customer portal
* Investigating accounts who have not paid and finding the root cause
* Speaking with internal departments on billing queries
* Monitor payment plan arrangements and ensure they are staying within the agreed terms
* Providing monthly updates to management on the status of accounts
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate:
* Worked in a similar role previously
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisation skills
* Ability to work alone and as part of a time
* Meet timed deadlines
What's on Offer
Salary up to £26000 per annum (with a bonus of up to £500 per month) + 25 days holiday (banks on top) + private health care + pension.
