Why move to Germany?
Many UK nurses and doctors are drawn to Germany for higher salaries, better work–life balance, and modern hospitals with advanced technology. Germany also offers job security, structured career progression, and a lower cost of living compared to many UK cities. Relocating means less financial stress, more time to enjoy life, and long-term career stability.
* Higher salaries than NHS pay
* Lower living costs vs. London & big UK cities
* Modern facilities & advanced healthcare technology
* Improved work–life balance and career security
