We are pleased to be working with an excellent financial services company located in Huddersfield who are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare statutory accounts for a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Submit Company Tax Returns
* Prepare Personal Tax Returns for a variety of individuals
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping
* Prepare VAT returns for assigned clients
* Work with leading cloud-based software such as Xero and Quick Books
* Liaise with clients to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships
Skills:
* Minimum of 5 year's experience working in an accounts department (Industry or Practice)
* AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/ACA, or qualified by experience
* Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books, or similar
* Strong communication skills - able to speak clearly with clients and colleagues
