Overview
SRG is a growing manufacturing business looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support operations within a fast‑paced production environment. The role focuses on maximising equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with GMP, SOP, and Health & Safety standards.
Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems, supporting breakdowns, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with machinery installation and improvement projects. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and production teams, providing flexible support to meet operational targets.
Qualifications
* Time‑served engineer with recognised electrical apprenticeship and/or qualification (such as HNC, HND, etc.)
* Skilled in electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, ideally holding 18th Edition wiring regulations
* Strong fault‑finding skills on PLCs, 3‑phase systems, motors, drives, sensors, and relays
