Bucklegrove Holiday Park is a family-run business and part of the world famous Wookey Hole, the UK's largest show caves system.
Wookey Hole is a magical place of caves, legends, and adventure for all ages. It's an experience millions of years in the making with plenty to do inside and out. Visitors enjoy vintage penny arcades, museums, adventure golf, soft play zones, and of course the famous, beautiful caves. The Wookey Hole family includes a 58-room hotel and ten hot tub lodges located on-site - situated just a few miles from Bucklegrove Holiday Park.
What we're looking for
Bucklegrove is looking a trusted, hard working Kitchen Porter to join our energetic and friendly kitchen team on a part time basis to assist with the smooth running of the kitchen by cleaning all kitchenware to the required standard and carrying out any cleaning duties.
Main duties of the post
* Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
* Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
* Manage dishwashing and waste disposal.
* Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
What we need from you
You'll have bags of energy and a good eye for detail. You must be warm and approachable with a friendly manner, with experience in a hospitality or service setting.
We are looking for candidates who are organised and efficient, punctual, able to work to varying work loads and to meet deadlines. Great communication skills are essential and the ability to manage your own time as well as working within a team.
Most importantly you will be passionate about guest service excellence and willing to get stuck in, learn & progress.
