We’re now looking for a friendly and confident Bar Person to join our
front-of-house team.
If you love great drinks, enjoy chatting with guests, and
take pride in delivering warm, professional service, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll be doing
* Preparing
and serving drinks to a high standard, including wines, cocktails, beers,
and soft drinks
* Creating
a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere at the bar for every guest
* Sharing
knowledge of our drinks menu, wines, and daily specials
* Taking
orders and processing payments accurately and efficiently
* Working
closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
* Keeping
the bar clean, organised, and well stocked
* Following
all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
What we’re looking for
* A
friendly, positive attitude and genuine love of hospitality
* Previous
bar experience or a strong desire to learn
* Confidence
speaking with guests and making recommendations
* Good
attention to detail and pride in presentation
* Ability
to work calmly in a busy environment
* A
reliable, team-focused approach
