What you'll be doing:
1. Supporting class teachers delivery lesson content and lead classroom activities
2. Working with students with moderate or mild SEN requirements on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
3. Help to engage pupils in their learning whilst creating a positive and inclusive environment for all.
4. The chance to further develop your skills and experience for future teacher training or diversify into other area's of SEN or Education work.
What we're looking for:
5. Experience supporting or working with pupils with additional SEN requirements.
6. An Enhanced DBS that is on DBS Update Service we can help with this application process
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Passion, reliability, and a genuine interest in education
9. Recent Graduates without school or youth work experience are also welcome to apply
