The Team You will be an integral member of a Western-trained medical department. The unit is led by a Lead British Doctor and includes resident Physiotherapists. This multidisciplinary setup ensures you have professional support and clinical governance at sea.
The Safety To prioritize patient safety and staff well-being, the nursing team operates on a strict double-nurse shift system. This rotation prevents fatigue and guarantees you have the energy to perform your duties and the time to explore the destinations during the voyage.

* Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent Degree.
* Experience: A mandatory 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, A&E, or High Dependency) within a major NHS board or private hospital.
* Language: Native English is required for clear clinical handover and communication with the British medical lead.
