Senior Commercial Solicitor - (4–5 Years’ PQE+) – Exciting Growth Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor to join our expanding Commercial team. JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4-5
LOCATION: Worcestershire
SALARY: £50k+
You will manage a diverse and engaging caseload, advising a broad range of clients on complex commercial matters while delivering pragmatic, solution-focused advice.
Your work will include:
• Freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions, including secured lending and associated finance matters
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Shareholder and partnership advice, including drafting and negotiating agreements
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, terms and conditions of business
• Company share sales, restructuring and company administration matters
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4–5 years’ commercial experience, strong technical expertise and a proactive, client-focused approach. You will be confident managing your own caseload, developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for further work.
This role offers genuine scope for progression and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of the department. You will be encouraged to contribute to business development through networking, marketing initiatives and relationship building within the local business community.
