Newmarket Biomedical is looking for a part time QA Administrator to help us maintain the highest standards across our products and services. You will play a key role in supporting the QA team to ensure we continue to meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Track and resolve customer complaints
* Maintain quality documents and records
* Generate Certificates of Analysis (CoAs)
* Inspect kits and equipment for compliance
* Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration
* Monitor and record water quality
* Support supplier evaluations
* Collect and review customer feedback
* Provide general QA administrative support
Qualifications and Experience
Previous QA experience preferred but not essential - training will be provided
Highly organised and able to multi-task
Proficient in MS Office
Clear communicator and team player
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
