About the role
Supporting the in-house Pension Manager to you be involved in:
1. Ensuring scheme governance is maintained to the highest standards
2. Managing and attending Trustee and Sub-Committee meetings
3. Supporting the Pension Manager in advising on strategy, regulatory and policy changes
4. Providing technical support to the scheme Trustees
5. Providing help and guidance to scheme members
About you
You will:
6. Have in-depth technical knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Schemes
7. Have a strong understanding of UK pension legislation and associated governance requirements
8. Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills
9. Possess strong stakeholder management skills
10. Have experience of supporting Trustees including minute taking and monitoring/managing required actions through to completion
