JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a full time Receptionist with excellent communication skills and a polite, friendly personality.
The Opportunity:
As the receptionist you will be the first point of call for any guests visiting the offices so the ideal candidate will be professional and welcoming with a friendly personality. As well as reception tasks there will be project support and admin functions to get involved with helping all in-house departments.
Role profile:
* Use of Outlook and Excel
* Answer phones, transfer calls and take messages
* Handle walks ins from delivery drivers, clients, visitors and any other personnel
* Complete walk in inductions and hand out visitors passes
* Domestic and international travel and accommodation bookings and cancellations
* Fleet administration for all vehicles
* Any other administration duties as required
Person profile:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Friendly, positive attitude
* Good organisational skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office
* Self-starter who can manage own workload methodically
