Are you an experienced Fire Alarm & Security Engineer ready to step up into a senior role with leadership responsibility and great rewards? We’re recruiting an ambitious engineer to join a busy and growing security team in the Wolverhampton area with up to £45,000 per year, a company van, and industry‑leading perks.
You’ll be trusted to lead and mentor other engineers, install and service fire alarms, access control, intruder alarms and related systems, and ensure high standards across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities
* Take ownership of fire alarm system installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance
* Lead and support junior engineers and oversee quality on site
* Work with door access and intruder alarm systems as part of comprehensive security solutions
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and deliver excellent workmanship
* Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Fire Alarm or Fire & Security Engineer
* Strong technical skills across fire and security systemsAbility to lead and support other engineers on site
* Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
* Positive, proactive and ready to take responsibility
