The Role As an Internal Sales Graduate, you’ll be at the heart of our business – building customer relationships, managing enquiries, and helping to grow profitable sales across a designated territory. You’ll gain hands-on experience in: Acting as the first point of contact for customers and developing trusted relationships. Supporting business development through cross-selling, up-selling, and new customer growth. Following up on quotations and ensuring a high conversion rate. Working across sales, customer service, and administration teams to deliver excellent outcomes. Occasionally visiting customers alongside senior sales colleagues. Using ERP and IT systems to manage accounts and report on sales pipelines. What We’re Looking For This is a graduate entry role where we’ll support you with training and mentoring. We’re looking for: A recent Engineering or Business Studies graduate (or similar discipline). Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers. A practical, problem-solving mindset with commercial awareness. Good organisational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
