Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that fosters creativity
* Plan and assess lessons in line with the curriculum and school policy
* Direct school productions, showcases, or enrichment events
* Contribute to the wider arts provision within the school community
* Support student development in confidence, teamwork, and self-expression
* Take on additional leadership responsibilities if awarded the TLR
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
* Strong understanding of performance, theatre, and curriculum planning
* Ability to inspire and engage students through creative learning
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Ambition to take on wider departmental or pastoral responsibilities
* Open to both experienced teachers and confident ECTs
