Drive alignment between technical operations and business objectives, ensuring all systems and processes support legal, customer, and certification standards (e.g. BRCGS, HACCP, Organic). Strengthen partnerships with suppliers and manufacturing sites, promoting shared accountability for quality, sustainability, and compliance.
