Rota: Monday – Friday – DAYS
The main responsibilities of the Parts Advisor will include;
* Confidently speak with customers over the phone and email
* Liaising with different departments within in the business
* Arranging Parts for the customers
* Updating internal spreadsheets
* Invoicing

The successful Parts Advisor will have;
* A proven background as maintenance / Service administration/ Parts Advisor
* Excellent Knowledge on Excel and Word
* Experience with Kerridge systems and Invoicing
