Farrow & Ball - Brand Marketing Co-ordinator, Wimborne, Dorset (25 hours per week) We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Brand Marketing team in Wimborne, Dorset as a Brand Marketing Co-ordinator. We are offering this position on a permanent, part-time basis. Whilst we can be flexible with hours we would need someone available to work across Monday - Friday. As Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Brand team and the wider Marketing department to support global brand activity. As a detail-oriented and highly organised individual, you will coordinate activity across multiple markets, supporting the effective delivery and activation of global campaigns. From managing day-to-day administrative tasks to supporting competitor analysis and gathering industry insights, this role is ideally suited to someone who is administratively strong, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in delivering work with accuracy and efficiency. What we expect from you as a Brand Marketing Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities: Support the Brand team to create clear, actionable briefs and plans to ensure alignment across teams and the commercial calendar. Support the Brand team by helping monitor and prioritise requests and approvals. With the support of the Senior Brand Manager, update finance trackers ensuring budgets are closely monitored and in line with forecasting. Raise purchase orders to support brand and paid media activity, ensuring they are sent to suppliers as needed and receipted in line with budgets. Assist in the creation and proofing of supporting brand materials, such as showroom communications, campaign briefs, and activation assets. Provide general office administration and logistical support. Assist with composing media briefs such as advertorials ensuring brand messages are communicated and assets shared with publication houses. Monitor competitor/industry activity, assisting with the creation of the monthly competitor report and sharing relevant insights with wider teams. Key Attributes: Skills & Experience Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail and grammar. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence working collaboratively with international teams and stakeholders.
