We’re a family in the UK seeking a reliable babysitter for occasional, short-term care. Duties would include supervising playtime, preparing simple meals, and helping with bedtime routines for our 4-year-old and 6-year-old. We prefer someone who is calm, patient, and comfortable engaging kids in educational activities. Availability for 2–4 hours per session on weekdays or weekends would be ideal, with at least 24 hours notice for each booking. Important: must have up-to-date DBS check or be willing to obtain one, and basic first aid knowledge is a plus. We’d like someone who can start soon and build a friendly ongoing routine.
