Parts Advisor – Guildford (Main Dealer Opportunity)
Monday to Friday 8-5 – Basic £32k - £34k + Bonus
Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for automotive parts? Our client, a leading main dealer in Guildford, is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a supportive, professional environment.
What's on offer:
1. Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:30–12:30
2. Salary: £32,000–£34,000 per year
3. Bonus: Performance-based scheme worth £5,000–£10,000 per year
4. Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays + your birthday off
5. Benefits: Sick pay scheme after 12 months, free onsite parking
What you'll be doing:
6. Providing expert advice and support to customers and workshops on parts enquiries
7. Managing parts orders, stock, and deliveries efficiently
8. Ensuring accurate records and maintaining excellent stock levels
9. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
What we're looking for:
10. Previous experience in parts or automotive retail is highly desirable
11. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
12. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
13. A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, professional environment
