As a Care Assistant, you'll be supporting older people in your local area to live safely and comfortably at home. Helping someone get up, dressed, and ready for the day
~ Preparing meals or sharing a cuppa and a chat
~ Offering companionship and emotional support
~ Following care plans and keeping simple notes
Full, Paid Training - We'll help you earn your nationally recognised Care Certificate and provide extra training as you grow.
Work Hours to suit you - Evening, weekend, and daytime shifts available to fit around your life. Supportive Team Culture - Regular check-ins, 1:1 meetings, and people who care about you too.
70 per hour after completing your Care Certificate, plus travel time at £12.Career Development - Opportunities to gain qualifications, including City & Guilds and specialist care training.
