Join us as a Safeguarding Admin Assistant, responsible for providing administrative support to the academy and specifically supporting the safeguarding team. This role requires providing confidential assistance and ensuring smooth internal operations. Outwood Academy Ormesby seeks a confident, professional and motivated individual with strong administrative skills to take on this essential role in the academy. As a Safeguarding Admin Assistant, you will assist the safeguarding team in the key administrative functions associated with the ongoing health and welfare of students across the academy. You will strive to ensure that the administration work, for the systems meant to keep children safe, remain airtight, organised, and compliant. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate, confidential and up-to-date documentation, acting as a professional point of contact, and liaising with key staff where necessary. Furthermore, your role will also provide the essential operational support that enables the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSLs) to focus on high-level interventions and student welfare within the academy to keep our students safe.
