About the Role RG Consultancy are excited to be working with a Trafford based manufacturer who are looking to add to their Finance team. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the finance function on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial admin who enjoys numbers and has experience working with systems such as Sage, CRM platforms, and Equals. As a Finance Assistant you will play a vital role in keeping the financial records accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers flexibility in working days and the chance to join a supportive and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Process and raise sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner Assist with expense claims and reconciliation Perform general finance administration and support month-end processes Use Sage to input and manage financial data Maintain CRM records relating to financial transactions Work with the Equals platform for payments and expenses Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and reporting Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a finance or accounts role Proficiency with Sage and a good working knowledge of CRM systems Familiarity with Equals or willingness to learn quickly Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills Organised and methodical approach to work Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Benefits £26,000-£29,000 Free parking on site Company pension
