Are you passionate about construction and want to share your skills with others? Partners in Bristol (PiB) are looking for a dedicated Construction Tutor to support learners as they build the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to succeed in their careers.

What You\'ll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging and supportive construction training.
* Help learners develop the practical and employability skills they need for work.
* Build strong relationships with learners, motivating them to achieve their goals.
* Use creative approaches to improve learning outcomes.
What We\'re Looking For
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in construction (or related field).
* A teaching/assessing qualification - or willingness to work towards one.
* A confident communicator who can inspire and motivate others.
* Up-to-date knowledge of:
o Employment trends in the construction sector.
o The skills employers are looking for.
o Ways to support learners to reach their potential.
