We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service.
As a Care Assistant, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of residents. Your duties include assisting with personal care such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
You will deliver care with compassion, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. This includes supporting those with limited mobility, offering emotional support to distressed residents, and caring for individuals at the end of their lives.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. It is essential to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act. All staff will attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training.
