Associate Dentist (34880) – Burnley, Lancashire. Looking for an established NHS patient base within an esteemed teaching practice? Responsibilities
* Provide NHS and private dental care to an established patient base at Bupa Dental Care Burnley, an NHS teaching practice with 13 surgeries.
* Collaborate with a team of dental therapists and qualified professional support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Participate in the Bupa Smile Plan and other patient payment plans to support sustainable revenue from routine preventive dentistry.
* Contribute to the growth of private work and diverse revenue streams through insurance and private treatments as appropriate.
About the practice
Burnley is an NHS teaching practice established with 13 surgeries, with four dental students working with us year-round. The area has good bus and rail links to facilitate travel. The team includes experienced Associates, supported by Dental Therapists and fully trained professional support staff.
Partnering with Bupa offers opportunities such as access to the Bupa Smile Plan, providing patients with a stable payment method for routine care, with no fees or admin costs for the practice and private pricing for services rendered.
Working with Bupa also enables treatment opportunities for our insurance customers, supporting revenue growth for both private and NHS activity.
