Role Description
This is a full-time, retail based role located in Cirencester for a Personal Travel Consultant. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and create personalised itineraries, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and activities. Additional responsibilities include managing client travel bookings, building strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving travel-related issues. Collaboration with travel providers and staying updated with market trends is also expected in this role.
Qualifications
Must have exeorience and p
roficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating personalised itineraries.
Experience in Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Knowledge of Reservations, including working with travel providers and systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Passion for travel and familiarity with destinations and travel trends.
Proficiency in travel booking software or customer relationship management tools is beneficial.
