Job Opportunity: Practitioner Psychologist
We are expanding our clinical services and are seeking a Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, supporting their development through a holistic, therapeutic approach.
The role involves managing a caseload alongside other clinicians, contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. This position is suited for a resilient, enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage their workload effectively.

Minimum Requirements
1. Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
2. Registered with the HCPC and a professional body
3. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
4. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex trauma and mental health needs
5. Leadership and strategic management skills
6. Ability to collaborate with key partners
7. Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills
8. Continuing professional development evidence
9. Post-qualification experience with adults
10. Experience in lecturing, teaching, or training
11. Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
12. Data management skills for service delivery and development projects
