Key Leadership Responsibilities
* Lead services that will form the redevelopment of Hillingdon Hospital as part of the New Hospital Programme (NHP)
* Drive elective recovery and RTT performance, including PTL management
* Embed GIRFT, Further Faster and outpatient transformation principles
* Lead large multidisciplinary teams through change with clarity and compassion within the Acute Partnership Group
* Ensure services are clinically led, financially sustainable and operationally resilient
Qualifications
* Significant experience at Senior Service Manager / Operational Manager level within Planned Care or acute services
* Strong track record of delivering elective recovery, RTT improvement and service transformation
* Experience working in close partnership with clinicians and influencing at senior level
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and develop teams through change
* Strong analytical, financial and governance capability
About the Hospital
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics. Patient and staff safety are paramount and the Trust is actively improving infection prevention and control while working with local partners and the wider North West London Integrated Care System.
