Actual £16881.00 to £20000.00

We’re looking for an Air Cabin Crew Lecturer to join us here at East Coast College, and continue the fantastic delivery on our Level 1 and Level 2 courses.
As part of our experienced and supportive Service Industries Curriculum team, your role will be to deliver and inspire students who are excited to navigate the world of Air Travel. Whether it’s creating engaging classroom delivery, maintaining and developing excellent industry and employer links, organising masterclasses and overseas trips, or training students in the practicalities of the Air Cabin Crew role, your acquired knowledge and experience will ensure that student achievement and aspirations are Business Class worthy.
Key needs from you and the role;
* A commitment to quality driven and up to date provision
* Ability to engage with students, staff, and employers
* Organisational skills to support the demands of the qualification
* Passion for unlocking potential and supporting development
* A minimum of 12 months Cabin Crew experience with a commercial airline.

Please note, candidates who secure a teaching position, but do not currently hold a teacher qualification are required to obtain this within their first three years of employment. This can be provided by the college, however, the employee will be required to sign a commitment form, where they will be eligible to pay fees back should they fail to complete the qualification, or exit the organisation within the committed timeframe. Employees can secure their own funding such as Student Finance for the qualifications should they wish.
