Our client is a Main Dealer which is looking for an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join its team in Malton. This is a stable company with a lot of repeat customers and is a Monday - Friday only role.

Duties of an Aftersales Advisor with our Client:
14. To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
15. Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate
16. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
17. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
18. Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements
19. Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times
