Following a period of rapid growth and with some of the UK's most exciting clients on board, our client is looking for a passionate and organised Technical Coordinator to join our growing team.
What's the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Head of Technical, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, driving product quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across their operations.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Customer Complaints & Non-Conformance – Log, investigate, and trend issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective action.
* Calibration Scheduling – Manage and maintain technical equipment calibration schedules.
* Quality Management System (QMS) – Keep documentation controlled, updated, and audit-ready.
* QA Coverage – Step in for routine QA checks to support production when needed.
* Consumables Management – Maintain stock levels and order supplies for the technical team.
* Supplier Assurance – Keep supplier documentation up to date and chase certificates.
* Deputise for Head of Technical – Provide leadership cover where required.
* Specification Management – Help keep Daily Dose and customer specs accurate and current.
* HACCP Participation – Support our food safety systems as an active member of the HACCP team.
* Operational Support – Work with Operations on investigations, training, and continuous improvement.
What Are We Looking For?
* Minimum 3 years’ QA/Technical experience in FMCG (preferably chilled food/drink)
* HACCP Level 3
* Internal Auditor trained
* Experience with retailer specification systems
