\nResponsibilities: \n? Preparing and formatting letters, meeting minutes, reports pre-issue \n? Coordinate with IT if any site issues \n?
Coordinate project supplies (where needed) \n? Maintain project team attendance logs \n? Maintain visitor attendance logs \n?
Manage project stationary supplies \n? Manage project archiving \n \nExperience & Qualifications: \n- Highly proficient in all Microsoft programmes including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook \n- Client relationship management skills \n- Excellent business English both written and oral \n- Experience working in a professional services consultancy is an advantage \n- Attention to detail \n- Able to self manage and prioritise workload \n- Confident in working with a demanding client group \n- Highly organised \n- Professional, proficient and proactive in approach \n- Excellent relationship builder and able to influence \n- Able to communicate proficiently both in writing and orally \n- Can work under pressure in a calm and thoughtful way \n- Likes to work as part of a team but equally comfortable working alone \n- Enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking and delivering \n- Finishes all work to a high standard even when under pressure / tight deadlines \n- Forward thinker likes to consider the bigger picture, anticipates potential issues and plans for them \n- Positive attitude and willingness to help others \n- Flexible in approach
