Working under general supervision, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accounting reports, analysing financial data, maintaining compliance with internal controls, and supporting the wider finance function. Key Responsibilities: * Gain a thorough understanding of company business systems, processes, and internal controls. * Prepare accurate accounting reports and perform complex financial analyses using spreadsheets and accounting software. * Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end and year-end close activities. * Research, investigate, and resolve accounting issues in line with company procedures and control frameworks. * Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and relevant accounting standards. * Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and support audits as required. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department. Required Skills & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or a related field. * Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an accounting or finance-related role. * Knowledge of US GAAP or relevant local accounting principles. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or financial software systems. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
