Our client, a global top-10 global Sovereign Wealth Fund based in the Middle East, is seeking a seasoned and tenured professional to join its Human Capital division, playing a key role in designing, delivering and continuously improving its Total Rewards and Organisational Effectiveness initiatives.
This is a senior role where you will develop, implement and ensure execution of reward and related policies involving analyses, reporting and advice, and to develop and safeguard the firm's organisational design to meet objectives and needs. You will also support Human Capital activities and projects related to organisationals international offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Policy & Procedures: Develop, implement and/or improve HC policies, procedures and processes covering all areas to ensure that all relevant organisations and legislative policy/procedural requirements are fulfilled. Writes policies and provides input to HR strategy for the own field(s) of expertise.
* Human Capital Policies: Contribute to the development and maintenance of all Human Capital related policies and procedures, in line with the Human Capital strategy and applicable laws and regulations and in collaboration with other HC teams, as well as ensure these are well documented and communicated to employees and line managers.
* Rewards Project: Contribute to Total Rewards Strategy of the organisation and design and deliver employee salary structures and benefit programmes, as assigned.Contribute to planning of reward programs and carry out strategic reward projects, including analysis and development of recommendations for management.
* Compensation & Benefits: Manage and execute compensation programs, salary reviews, and benefits administration
* Analysis, Reporting & Budgeting: Analyse HR data, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making
* Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Development: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and share knowledge within the team
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) preferred
* 15 years of progressive experience in Human Capital, specialising in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Organisational Effectiveness
* Strong knowledge of reward structures, job evaluation, and performance management frameworks
