Base pay and job details
Job Title: Weekend Support Worker - Residential Services (Women’s Service)
Salary: From £23,500 per annum pro rata
Location: Brimscombe, Stroud
Hours: 16 hours, 8am to 4:30pm, alternate weekends on a fixed rota
Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)
Contract note: This role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1. This position will close once a suitable candidate has been appointed.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety, support, and wellbeing of clients during weekends.
* Engage with clients, providing support and motivation for their recovery journey.
* Coordinate weekend activities and oversee client visits.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective coverage and support.
* Contribute to continuing the treatment program and uphold the values of The Nelson Trust.
